Cancellation policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, provided the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. Once an item has been fulfilled and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled or altered. At that point, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 12 to 24 hours of being received. Fulfillment and shipping take place on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM MDT. Our Support Team can provide real-time updates on your order status and let you know whether it is still eligible for cancellation.

Subscription orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and are also subject to our Returns Policy.
